Description

Lindeman Audio Power 500 is a high-performance class D stereo power amplifier designed to suit most loudspeakers available today, especially high sensitivity speakers. It is the ideal partner for Lindemann’s Musicbook Source streaming unit.

NCore Technology

Lindemann’s Power 500 power amplifier uses the high-end NCore technology to provide clarity, musicality and resolution to the sound. The inclusion of this technology is important to the performance of the unit because it delivers very low distortions, an extremely high damping factor and a linear frequency response up to 45 kHz. In essence, it allows the loudspeaker to do exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Vertical Bi-Amping Mode

“Vertical Bi-Amping” mode allows the Power 500 to run one power amp per channel, provided your loudspeaker has separate connections for the bass and the highs or midrange. The result is a clear improvement in sound quality and bass control; bi-amping mode offers a level control of bass that is adjustable in ten single decibal steps from +3dB to -6dB.

Energy Efficient

For normal volume levels, the Power 500 consumes less than 20 watts, and at medium to high levels, the efficiency is up to 5 times greater than with conventionally built amplifiers.

The Power 500 has features in place to help save energy for a greener environment. A smart automatic switch-on is used so that as soon as music is being played, it will automatically turn on and then switch itself off again when not in use.
