Description

Lindeman Musicbook Power 1000 is the top-of-the-range high-performance class D stereo power amplifier designed for most loudspeakers, specifically ideal to work with Lindemann’s Musicbook Source streaming unit.

Musicbook Power Range

The Power 1000 is the biggest in the Musicbook Power range with double the power available. It is suitable for almost all loudspeakers but superb for low impedance and low sensitivity speakers as it push out more than 20 amperes of current.

NCore Technology

High-end NCore technology is used to provide clarity, musicality and resolution to the sound. The performance of this technology is important because it delivers very low distortions, an extremely high damping factor and a linear frequency response up to 45 kHz. It allows the loudspeaker to do exactly what it’s supposed to do without any resonances or colourations.

Vertical Bi-Amping Mode

The Power 1000 has a “Vertical Bi-Amping” mode that allows you to run one power amp per channel, providing your loudspeaker has separate connections for the bass and the high/midrange.

The result is an improved sound quality and bass control. This is important as it offers a level control of bass that is now adjustable in ten 1dB steps from +3dB to -6dB, perfect for integration with living rooms where bass control is a problem.

Energy Efficient

The Musicbook Power-1000 has features in place to help save energy for a much greener environment. A smart automatic switch-on is used so that as soon as music is being played, it will automatically come on and then turn off again once when finished.

For normal volume levels the Power 1000 consumes less than 20watts, and at medium to high levels, the efficiency is up to 5 times greater than with conventionally built amplifiers.

Protection Against Short Circuits

The Musicbook Power-1000 has extensive protection against short circuit, excess current or DC at the output. It also has a temperature monitoring system that will mute the Power 1000 in case of temperature overload.
