Benefits of Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 Bookshelf Home Theater Speaker:
Improved woven Aramid-Fiber woofer!
The Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 sports a custom-engineered 5.25″ mid-bass driver. The improved shape of the aramid cone offers even higher stiffness and damping, far superior to polypropylene or paper. The added strength allows more flexibility in design to achieve a smoother, faster, and increased low-frequency response.
Ultra-wide frequency tweeter & wide-dispersion waveguide
Robust cabinets for longevity and easy placement
The B5.2 is housed in a thick MDF cabinet with a luxurious black ash vinyl finish. Additionally, it features larger internal braces for greater stiffness and strength. The result is greatly reduced cabinet vibrations, which cause unwanted colouration and distortion to the speaker’s tone. The bass ports of the B5.2 are located on the front of the cabinet, allowing placement against walls or in bookshelves without any trade-off in sonic clarity.
