ProCenter 2000 utilizes the same aluminum tweeter material as our top floorstanding speakers. Aluminum is light and stiff, making it the ideal material for a driver that must move beyond 20,000 times per second to reproduce the highest frequencies we can hear. You’ll hear clean, detailed highs that produce “air” and dimension in the room.
5.25” BDSS™ Woofers in Cast Baskets for smooth, dynamic midrange and bass
ProCenter 2000’s twin 5.25” mid/bass woofers feature our patented Balanced Double Surround System (BDSS™). The dual surrounds allow for greater cone excursion, enabling the ProCenter 2000 woofers to produce the bass of larger drivers, while remaining the perfect size for detailed, silky-smooth midrange. And the cast baskets provide a muscular, anti-resonant launching pad for the additional cone excursion.
Dual 5.25” Passive Bass Radiators for bigger bass in a smaller package
ProCenter 2000’s secret weapon for improved bass is the passive bass radiator. These dual 5.25” planar radiators, pressure-coupled to the BDSS woofers, significantly increase the bass-generating surface area. The result: room-friendly speakers with room-filling bass.
Wrapped in Performance anti-resonant enclosures
ProCenter 2000 is housed in a super-tough, anti-resonant PolyStone™ enclosure. The dense, acoustically inert material, along with PC2000’s acoustically transparent grilles, means that you hear only what the artist intended—not the speaker cabinet.
Wall-Mount Option for unlimited placement choices
Place your critical center channel audio at just the right position. Wall-mount ProCenter 2000 with a pair of optional ProMounts, using its two built-in threaded inserts.
