TEAC AI-301DA-X Integrated Amplifier with DAC provides your listening room or desktop setup with a warm and compelling sound presentation. With Bluetooth aptX technology for wireless streaming and high performance digital to analogue converter, this amplifier has a universal appeal.

Elegant Yet Robust Design

The sleek AI-301DA-X integrated amplifier is constructed using robust aluminium. It’s compact size has a small footprint meaning it can be placed in very small places like a thin gaps in a TV stand or desktop placement. The volume knob and panels are machined to elegance, whilst the rigid aluminium body provides excellent resistance to unwanted vibrations that may adversely affect sound quality.

 

High Resolution Playback

The single coaxial and Type B USB inputs support hi-res files of up to 24-bit/192kHz, while the optical input is limited to 24-bit/96kHz. Two pairs of RCA line-level inputs can be found on the rear panel, while a subwoofer output is available if you want an added punch. This integrated amplifier went through rigorous listening tests and refinements to ensure the highest quality of audio is achieved. This can be heard in the rich, musical character of the AI-301DA-X and its exceptional dynamic ability. 

 

Built-in Bluetooth Receiver

The AI-301DA-X Integrated Amplifier features a built-in Bluetooth receiver module supporting the Qualcomm aptX codec for high quality wireless audio streaming. Qualcomm aptX is the standard for wireless Bluetooth streaming as it delivers stunning sound due to achieving low-latency and superb error recovery. To stream from your iphone or iPad the amplifier also supports AAC codec.

 

High Performance DAC

In order to process the huge amounts of digital audio data present in DSD128 and PCM 192kHz/32 content, a high-performance BurrBrown PCM 1795 D/A converter is employed. Its 32-bit processing conveys fine detail and a depth of sound from Hi-Res files that’s far beyond what you can hear from standard audio CD. The AI-301DA-X also has a USB port that supports DSD Native playback.

 

Efficient Performance

The hub of the AI-301DA-X is an energy efficient power amplifier from ICEpower of Denmark. Due to some seriously smart energy management technology, the AI-301DA- X can deliver up to 60W + 60W of output power. It also effectively detects when a digital audio signal is incoming and automatically powers up such as when you turn on your TV, letting you enjoy better TV audio with little fuss.
