Sound Foundations Nemesis Speaker Stands (PAIR)

The Sound Foundations Nemesis Speaker Stands range of speaker stands for serious audiophiles uses our foremost design & manufacturing techniques, utilising only the best quality steel. You will rarely need to upgrade from this series. Each stand features a heavy-gauge laser-cut steel base and twin heavy-gauge “ring free” CAST IRON pillars, which can be filled with sand or shot for added mass and superior vibration reduction. Central Columns used here differ from all other stands in their draining properties;they are probably the thickest gauge columns in the world today.

The cast iron structure helps increase focus and accuracy, and their inherent weight and gauge mean that these columns are NOT mandatory to fill and will function almost as well when unfilled.

The stand features 3-point spiking, which ensures accurate and perfect self-levelling and also has an option of rake angle adjustment. The Spikes PCD is calculated to ensure maximum stability. An extra-large top plate accommodates even the larger bookshelves, and we have an added option of using 3-tier top plates.

The base plates and top plates are sandblasted and finished in a black matt texture, whereas the matt silver Dupont finished columns provide a superb contrast.

Spikes (now with ‘Improved’ Top-Adjust) used are the very best and are the same that we used in our top-end Monitor GOLD stands ( i.e Type 3 – Isospikes ). These are CNC turned from a solid Stainless bar and offer the best isolation and support in speaker stands today.

Being a serious stand, we do not offer cable management in this stand since we do not recommend passing a signal-carrying speaker cable through a steel conduit. This solid structure allows superior acoustic isolation and resonance damping for the clearest, cleanest sound possible.
